We have a positive update for trekkers planning the Manaslu Circuit Trek.
Following the recent flooding that damaged the bridge along the Manaslu trekking route, local villagers have worked together to restore the crossing using large wooden logs and timber.
The temporary bridge is now in place, and trekkers are currently crossing the bridge and continuing their journey through the area.
Temporary Wooden Bridge Now in Place
The original bridge was affected by recent flooding, temporarily disrupting the trekking route.
To restore access, local villagers constructed a temporary wooden bridge using large tree logs and timber. The crossing is currently being used by trekking groups travelling through the area.
This allows trekkers to continue along the Manaslu Circuit while a more permanent solution can be considered.
Is It Safe to Trek Across the Bridge?
